It was great stay. Worth the price. Very quiet and accommodating.

We enjoyed staying for a month in David & Ms Mariah's casita. It was comfortable, quiet but more importantly it was a great location for my 2 dogs. Great fenced yard. David respected our privacy, was very responsive & always willing to share a local's perspective about a neighborhood, since we were looking for a place to rent. I wish I had just stayed in David's place permanently. I'll definitely recommend his Casita to family and friends when they visit NOLA.

It was really nice and it was pretty close to downtown, good food, and grocery shopping. I stayed here for an internship I had in the area, and it was a great place to stay. The rental house is located in the backyard, so it felt very safe. It has a large yard that was good for my dog. The house had plenty of room, with there also being a pullout bed in the living room. The owner was very kind, accommodating, responded quickly to all messages.

We really enjoyed David’s place. The location was just perfect for our needs while we were staying in New Orleans. David’s place was prepared for guests to enjoy and experience everything the city had to offer. Loved the quietness the yard around the house to enjoy being outside. We would definitely recommend David’s place to everyone. Thank you
