Excellent host who went out of his way to give us kosher facilities

The place is very nice and located next to the beach although not too close to a beach you can swim in. The place was clean and comfortable to stay in. Rick was helpful and responsive.

As stated in the comments on the listing, there are two points in the listing that are important to be aware of before booking.
While the unit is listed as air conditioned, there is only one room unit on the living room. The three bedrooms are provided only box fans.
The beach, as listed, is just a few minutes' walk. However, swimming is not allowed in that location. The closest swimming area that we found is about a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk from the unit.

Rick's place is exactly as described and pictured.
We were very happy with the accommodations.
Rick is a great host.
When you visit the beach, be sure to apply sunscreen to any exposed skin.
