Great place to stay while visiting Tahoe for a month. Kim was very responsive when we messaged and even reached out to check on us when there was a Tahoe-wide power outage. The kitchen was well stocked including a rice cooker and pressure cooker. The living room is great with comfortable couches and the dinning table is perfect for board games. The backyard is fenced in and was great for our kids and dogs. Overall, great place in a very convenient location.

Wonderful location for a month of skiing and snow shoeing. House was easy to find, great lay out, and Kim was very responsive with any needs or questions that popped up.

Overall a very comfortable place to live for a month while exploring greater South Lake Tahoe area! Highlights: really comfortable beds, great kitchen/appliances, and the backyard space is just beautiful. Our dog really enjoyed being able to run around in the fully fenced yard while we enjoyed the grill/outdoor table. We were there in the fall, and the house is very well insulated for cold weather (not to mention the place is stocked with cozy blankets, and has heat if needed). The first week when it was in the high 80s it got a bit hot without AC, but the overhead fans helped a lot. The location is very convenient—everything is a 5-10 min drive away, but not walkable to many things. Pretty neighborhood and fairly close to a bike trail. Everything in the house was functional (no issues all month, it’s clearly well maintained). Only real downside were bathrooms were a bit small.
