This is a very nice 2 room hotel-like suite in a private quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways and events. It is decorated nicely, looks exactly like the photos and is the cleanest AirBnb we have stayed in! We found all instructions to be clear on the digital lock, smart tv and rental rules and Chad was always available and responsive to any questions we had. It provides a small keurig, mini fridge with a freezer, a few cups and mugs, some silverware and a microwave for your use while there. I would highly recommend this location to other travelers but would suggest it for only one person. It accommodates two people but there is no fan or sound proofing for the toilet closet - just a pull shut vinyl accordion door and the shower is fairly small. There is also a large step up into the toilet closet and shower that may be difficult for older travelers to navigate.

We love staying at Chad’s place. We stay each year when we bike the Creeper Trail, and we will definitely be back again next year!
