We have stayed for one month and here that we've experienced. First of all I'd like to say thanks to Jenny that she met us and tried to do everything we asked for, even if the central lamp in the room wasn't fixed after 1 month -_- Also I rented flats for lower prices in my own country and they are much way better than anything I've seen in South Asia for the same price or even a bit higher and this flat isn't an exception. Maybe for other people it's cheap but still, I compare to my own country. Now I'm going to discuss the disadvantages: 1. The entrance. It's a metal door with a hole for a locker so you should put your hands inside this hole and close the locker from the other side. 2. Photos. Have no idea why this cafe is the main photo of this flat. There is no link between them except the thing that it's nearby. You'd rather show the full picture of your house, especially from the side and take a picture of the door. 3. Bathroom. This one is the worst. Air conditioner which is located in the common area has a pipe which goes to the bathroom aaand... the water was streaming to the floor so the bathroom floor was flooded all the time. I had to put that pipe to a sink but what did I have to fix that? What do I pay for? Also the hole on the floor is hidden behind a toilet bowl. Let's take a guess how long it took for the water to go away? Well, right, A LOT! 4. The light wasn't too bright and the central lamp wasn't working. I asked to fix that but after one month nothing changed. Got asked to stay in the flat so I did, but um, dunno. Hope it will be fixed. 5. Wifi as usual is too slow as well as in the whole South Asia, had to use my own mobile data. 6. Full wardrobe, dressers of stranger things. Have no idea whose stuff that was but we couldn't keep our things there. That's super unpleaseant, please clean everything and drains as well before new guests coming. That was a long term, you could make some efforts. 7. Super loud till 10pm. Someone was playing music there each day. I thought we lived next to a karaoke bar but seems that sound was coming from a cafe!!! Now let's talk about advantages. Jenny was kind, met us when we arrived and showed the path to the room. Also she tried to give me some food she cooked, sorry that I didn't eat that cause I'm pretty picky :( That was so sweet of her. This flat is really ok btw for staying for a few days or even a week, not sure can recommend for longer staying. There is even a gym in that area where I went for a month, a good one. In any case experience is an experience and I've liked that. Sorry for being honest, I guess other people will not be so judgy. Thank you for everithing!
