Absolutely fantastic location. Casa Del Mar is right on the seawall. However, it does not truly sleep 5 people, as the owner recommended we purchase our own air mattress at Walmart—when the listing said it was able to sleep 5. We just had one individual sleep on the couch cushions instead. The towels and pillows were not properly cleaned when we arrived; the floor was dirty as well. It was a good place to rest and cook food and chill out. Stellar location and property owner communication, though cleanliness/amenities could have been better.

Great location, easy check-in process and low maintenance stay. Be aware: this unit needs some repairs, but the complex it's in has two great pools with lounging areas, right across the street from a nice beach, all within easy walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store.

While the location was excellent, the over all cleanliness was far below what I expected. It is very grungy and could use some simple updates. Sheets and towels had stains and smelled off. Other rooms for same price range have newer renovations and are much cleaner. The area seemed safe and whole I understand crime happens everywhere, a shooting occurred in the driveway of complex and that was terrifying. Has nothing to do with the owner of course but as far as safety goes I'm hesitant to stay in area again.
