We stayed at Holly’s place during a basketball tournament at UNB. Her place was close enough that we could have walked easily to the gym. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was sufficient for our needs. I had some minor questions and Holly responded in a very timely manner which helped us feel more comfortable in her space. She never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her even when we asked for information that she literally had on a white board in the hallway. Would definitely stay again and would certainly recommend to everyone.

Holly’s house is a lovely, restful stop on our trip. We experienced a fully equipped house lacking no amenities and offering many relaxing spaces. This heritage house is so pretty with a unique layout. The bedrooms upstairs and on the main floor, are both plenty big with very comfortable beds. Both have their own bathrooms. The outdoor bbq is wonderful and the deck at the back of the house sits amidst leafy mature trees. We were all so thrilled with this accommodation and would happily stay here again.

Holly was a very good host, the place was perfect for a peacefull retreat and we loved the little trail near the backyard.

The location was excellent- so close to walking paths and downtown. The traffic noise starts early morning but quiet at night. Great place to stay in Fredricton.
