After 11 days of "glamping" in Yelapa, Luis' place was a sigh of relief with a luxurious feel. The location is a bit of a trek from the action and beaches, which is nice of instant proximity is less important than a quieter neighborhood, as it is for us. There's a bus stop at the bottom of the hill and 10 pesos/54 cents USD. Laundry, filtered water, a fantastic deck with a glass panel railing allowing the fantastic view through every bit of it. The patio doors are fantastic and slide all the way open, which we didn't get to use with the heat and humidity as it was. I still appreciated their aesthetic and potential!
All bed comfort experiences are subjective and these beds are quite firm, with plenty of pillows.
The kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities you need with a few thoughtful touches that annoyed to the hospitality.
The ceiling fans everywhere are wonderful and help regulate the cooling throughout the condo.
Luis himself is very responsive, helpful, and hospitable.
