This was an excellent place to stay. It was easy walking distance to the ferry ports, the shops (including a Morrisons Local), restaurants, bus stop and the railway station. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, and pots and pans. There was a large ceiling-hung rack which was perfect for drying wet clothes. There was a detailed information pack in the apartment which listed various tourist attractions. The apartment was very quiet; we didn't ever see any of the neighbours and the only sound we heard was the very occasional footsteps of the person in the apartment above.

Throughout the booking process and our stay, Colin always responded to messages within a reasonable time. For example, I reported a problem with a curtain rail and Colin offered to come and fix it the next day.
