Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen vor Ort. Die Räume sind großzügig und die Ausstattung super ( unsere Küche zu Hause ist nicht besser ausgestattet). Für die Bedienung der Küchengeräte/Fernseher gibt es eine ausführliche Anleitung. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind neue, grosse Geräte. Bad war blitzeblank und mit ausreichend Handtüchern etc ausgestattet. Es wird gebeten, die Schuhe im Erdgeschoss an der Wohnungstür auszuziehen, da die Treppe mit Teppich belegt ist. Zu 4 dauert es dann etwas bis alle rein und raus sind da es nur den Schwenkbereich der Tür zum wechseln gibt. (Was aber Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau ist). Immer wieder gerne!!

One of the most well kept AirBnB’s in Alameda. You can tell someone cares about this place, and your stay. Our family of four stayed for four nights. Plenty of space. The neighborhood is a good one, and it’s only a 5 minute walk to Park St. The street is quiet for the most part, save for Wed morning when trash pickup comes by. Only one downside:: there are no parking spots available at the home, and street parking can be tough—watch out for odd days/times when you can’t park on certain streets (or get a steep parking ticket). Overall, would stay here again.

Jillian’s place was so comfortable and nurturing. I felt like I was at home with a fully stocked kitchen, and with all the blankets, sheets, towels, etc - all the comforts I needed and wanted. The bathroom and kitchen were remodeled very nicely. And the location was wonderful. It was safe and nice to be so close to the city while also being in more of a community setting. The beach was a short drive as well. Jillian was also very kind with all communication. Thank you Jillian, you're a fabulous host! And your tenant downstairs is so kind and helpful, the one time I saw him in my 6-day stay ;). The roses out front smell heavenly also!, if you get a chance to smell them!

Stay was okay. Clean home and quiet. Only downsides was there was no dedicated parking spots so sometimes parking nearly a block away was necessary.
