Great location for what we needed, felt like we were at home with the flexibility of being minutes away from the beach/downtown. Super friendly hosts after we accidentally disturbed them as well. Would recommend staying and would consider booking again.

Jared's place was adequate for our needs.

Jared was very nice. It is in a very crowded neighborhood and loud talking outside at night.
We were disappointed but dealt with it. The window in main bathroom needs a full window not half a window with no covering. There are maintenance issues. I will not stay there again, nor would I recommend staying there. I was glad Jared was right next door.
