Bernie and I are high school sweet hearts ,in these hosting thing together.Two girls and a grand child ,dog and a cat. We have done lots of projets over the years, Cocagne by the Sea our biggest .During the pandemic we took a step back in renting to short term rentals. We have now (2023) fully renovated and we are exited to share with you second floor sun screen porch and decks overlooking the bays water with beautiful sun rises and sun sets .
