2025. szeptemberSo happy we came across this listing when visiting Santa Monica. From a VERY short walk to the beach to the comfy beds, it was a great find! Summer was extremely responsive. Hopefully we’ll be back soon!!

2025. szeptemberLocation was great - very close to a bunch of shops and restaurants and only a block from the beach. The location is close enough to the heart of Santa Monica/touristy stuff that it is walking distance, but not too close where you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Would stay again!

2025. augusztusSummer's place is on a quiet street in Santa Monica that is only a very short walk away from (a) the beach and (b) Main Street, which has many restaurants, coffee places, and shops. The location could not have been better. The house is cute and full of light, and there is a nice patio space in back. Parking is easy: with the pass that Summer provides, there were many open spaces. Finally, Summer was very friendly and responsive. I'd highly recommend this place, particularly for families.
