Horrible host. Completely unresponsive, had to call Air BNB support to get a refund and had to scramble to find a hotel for our stay.

Absolutely no communication and had to book a new place last minute as we couldn't get into the apartment. Airbnb was not a lot of help either.

The place is nice and quiet. The heater stopped working a week later. We tried to contact the host many times and never got a response. I called Airbnb support but they couldn't even get in touch with the host to get the heater fix and it was freezing inside the house. Everyone got sick. It took 3 weeks to get the heater fixed.
