John was an excellent host and the home was as comfortable as it was described.

Will stay again

Stay was great, john communicated with me through every step and accommodated for every necessity of my family, was a nice and quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay again.

This “Cozy” home was such a rip off. Nothing cozy to it. Prior to arrival the host asked if we could tell him how his “new cleaning service” did. New cleaning service? Wasn’t even clean at all! Doesn’t look like anyone ever cleans. Prior to arrival the host also didn’t turn in paperwork on time to the gate house causing an upcharge which he did cover however left a sour taste in my mouth. Little to no communication throughout the stay. Completely uninterested host. Didn’t give any area suggestions or check in on us. I had to text him about trash bags because none of the buckets had them!! Whole house smelt musty. Oh and total false advertising because prior to arrival he let us know that the basement had fluded and you could smell it. No WiFi and limited TV channels (about 10). Kitchen was dirty and stove top was unusable due to horrible kitchen tools. Great location but that’s it. I’ve stayed at plenty of other houses in arrowhead and surrounding areas and this one takes the cake. Worst rental I’ve been to.

John was a good communicator and responded when ever I had any questions. The house is clean and in a gated community which was nice. My first trip to the Poconos was a good one and I can't wait to go back!
