Espaço agradável e bem localizado.
Tem um serviço de portaria muito eficiente, bom para quem fica um longo período no apto.
Localização excelente, perto de pontos turísticos e próximo a serviços de transporte público.

Excellent location and great apartment.

Overall, the apartment was great. The appliances all were in good condition and functioned well. One issue was the cleaning person would clean another apartment on the floor on Fridays and leave (forget?) that apartment's full garbage bag in the hallway where it would sit all weekend while the smell grew stronger and stronger. This happened three times. I ended up taking the other apartment's garbage bag to the basement bin myself.

The other issue was the check out. With no special instructions from the host, I left the apartment key in the apartment and left (i had to leave at 7am and the host was not yet in his office). Later I get a claim for three damages including a knick in the floor, a chip in the shower floor and a scratch on the inside of a closet. None of these were caused by me. The host claimed he had sent me "e-mails" asking me to have a final inspection. I never got any e-mails and only learned of his claim through the AirB&B site e-mail.

Sehr modernes, sehr helles Apartment gegenüber vom Zwinger - ideal für Menschen, die zum Arbeiten in Dresden sind und mehr Freiheit als im Hotel wollen und das mit Küche und Waschmaschine auch bekommen. Ein guter REWE-Mart ist 2min entfernt - weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie Restaurants und die gesamte Altstadt. Gegen Aufpreis ist auch Zwischenreinigung zu beziehen - alles sehr unkompliziert und effizient. Ich komme wieder!
