Great location for city centre, parking space convenient, all you need for a few nights away with mates.

Really clear instructions on how to access keys from key nest, and great instructions for finding the property, getting to the parking and getting inside, even down to light switch locations.
Place was warm and clean on arrival, had all we needed except a frying pan but got round it..

Only negative was all the bins were in the car parking space so we had them all to move before being able to park, and the gates carpark exit was always open so didn’t feel secure.

Otherwise really happy and would look to book again if returning.

This place is a lovely little gem. Good location if walking into town or towards the universities. Also the gated parking was super useful for us and really puts our minds at ease.

The host was extremely communicative at all times and if we'd had any issues I have no doubt they would have been dealt with swiftly. I would definitely stay here again when returning to visit Manchester, especially for this much of a bargain price.
