Good location, hosts were ok.

The house wasn’t the cleanest floors very dirty and some parts quite dusty.

The property requires renovations as there’s a fair few issues. Grubby dirty walls that need redecorated cracked tiles that could be sharp. The electrics in the property weren’t up to current standards either.

The bathroom taps had mould on them that needs sorted as this could be a health hazard

Good location for Birmingham centre and sports venues.

clean tidy and quiet location just away from the Walsall centre

stayed here before , the only slight grudge was having to pay double the usual fee for the week , guessing it’s due to a mixture of it being school holidays and the commonwealth games just down the road

Hosts were extremely helpful throughout the booking process and visit.
