Exceptionally comfortable location only 10 minutes or less from most everything with an excellent host. Perfect for old house lovers. We were there for several months while our own house was being renovated.

The place has many great amenities and it is very comfortable. I appreciate nice details like use of the printer, the washer/dryer, and being able to control the thermostat. Other positives include close proximity to many things (e.g., restaurants, KUMC), its own private driveway with parking, spacious living room/dining room, and comfortable beds. I wish the description included that one of the bedrooms does not have a door and thus will remain open to the rest of the house. John also was dealing with problems with the cleaning staff (I think he said he recently had to fire them because of their poor service) and so we had some issues with cleanliness (e.g., dust, hair, dirty dish drying rack, needing a new shower curtain). He was quick to respond to our messages. I would recommend this place, but I do hope he gets a new cleaning person!

This is a great place to stay in Kansas City! It's in a great location and John makes everything so simple. His local tips and house manual make your stay seamless and enjoyable. You can't go wrong with this booking. I highly recommend staying here.
