Great stay in a super convenient location, very responsive host.

We stayed in Sol’s apartment for a year, and would do it again in a heartbeat. It was the perfect home away from home, convenient for getting to the action downtown, but private and quiet when we wanted a break. The neighbourhood was beautiful and filled with useful amenities, and the subway is steps away. Thank you for everything!

Sol’s place was great. Sol and all onsite staff were very friendly and communicative. When I had issues, they were quickly addressed. Place was right by the Q train and walkable to some nice restaurants. All in all a great stay!

I stayed here for three months while getting settled into New York and I was very content with my stay. There are only a couple of flaws but nothing that cannot be fixed by management. Everything was clean and worked very well.
