She was very nice to let me check in early for an extra fee. However throughout the weekend I did not get hot water to shower, I messaged her and she never replied she came by later and told me that she was going to check on the water heater, but she never fixed it, I messaged her again and she never replied. Once I went to return the keys, that is when she went to check if the water was working. I would of loved to have a warm shower while I was there, I hate cold showers. The bed and pillows are not comfortable, they live upstairs and the walls are thin, so make sure to pack earplugs. The price for the place was not bad, so you can't expect it to be perfect, but the locations is good.
