Loved this house!! Great stay!! We did have an issue with the AC, but they got it fixed as soon as they could! Would 100% stay here again if we are back in NOLA

The place was overall fine but upon arrival the grass outside by the parking was left uncut and stood about 4-5 feet tall which made unloading a nightmare. We were told we would have a code sent for the door at 2pm CST and we arrived at 3:10 pm and had to reach out because a code was never sent. When we got inside there were bugs all over the place and the toilet/shower in the bedroom downstairs was dirty with a bar of soap from the previous guest still in it. We had to completely clean the house and I reached out to the host who refunded me $50 from the $150 cleaning fee. The upstairs bedroom does not have air conditioning and the window had been left opened by either a previous guest or the cleaners so it was 90 degrees was upstairs and we had to go buy a box fan to keep up there during our stay. This rental is also a 30 minute walk to any trolleys and the location is in a not so safe part of town so I recommend ubering throughout your stay. Other than those concerns it was fine!

This house was perfect for our stay. It was about 10 minutes from any major attractions we wanted to see. It was close to lots of great restaurants too. (Go to Ruby Slipper and get the shrimp and grits!) The house was clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. Laundry was great. It was exactly what we needed for our trip.

The home was in a convenient area close to Jackson Square. $10 Lyft ride on average. The house was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive,
