The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped overall. It easily sleeps six across three bedrooms, but there’s not quite enough comfortable seating in the main lounge — just a small 3-seater couch, with bean bags to supplement (which weren’t very comfortable). There’s a second lounge area downstairs, though it doesn’t have a TV or any seating, which effected our teenagers.

There’s plenty of space and seating at the dining table for six guests. There isn’t a barbecue, but that wasn’t an issue for us given the weather and our one-night stay. The driveway is quite tight for larger cars as mentioned in past reviews and by host.

Internet, heating, and general amenities were all excellent — definitely 5-star in those areas. Overall, a lovely stay with just a few small improvements that would make it perfect!

Unfair to mark it at 4 stars more like 4.5 considering lack of seating and only one tv in the house as its fits into a family or 2 small family accommodation.

The home was modern, spacious and had exceptional views of Mt. Wellington. It is close to Hobart city and there are walking tracks near a pristine creek five minutes away. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely brilliant place with amazing views from the balconies. Great location for exploring the Hobart area. The place was spotless and very comfortable. We saw wallabies in next doors garden and in the fields across the valley. Highly recommend staying here.
