OK for one night near the airport. With tax I paid $80, which is $10+ more than the small hotel (large motel) would charge 1-2 miles to the northeast (on other booking platforms). The neighborhood may feel a bit dangerous to some. I thought it was ok, just not the type to walk or explore. The room was clean and neat. The text instructions about what to do with trash should be clearer. The room has an adjoining door to the house and it would have been nice to see on my side of the door some physical evidence that the door was locked against accidental entry. Minor suggestion: The desk is a wonderful and generous addition, but not enough desktop space due to the size of the TV stand and its placement. Would stay again though perhaps not my first choice.
