My friend and I were extremely happy with this lovely Florida home on a lake. Joanna had every amenity that a guest could want and she was very kind to let us check in early as our travel did not take as long as we had anticipated. The home is spotless and and the decor is simple and lovely, helping you to relax and enjoy all the beauties of nature that surround this home. The bedrooms were perfectly located on either end of the house, so we each had maximum privacy and quiet when we were ready for bed. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer. I am a very experienced guest with Airbnb and I feel qualified to say that this will now rate as one of my favorite places. Thank you Joanna and Scotty!

Joanna's place was incredibly clean, modest, and matched the photos exactly. It was notably personable on the inside and did not reek of the normal (cheap) mass produced airbnb sites that most of us are accustom to. The surrounding area was peaceful dare I say tranquil. We got to see her cows and there are a dozen cats roaming around the neighborhood who are all very friendly.

The most notable and important comment is that check in was seamless and easy. We accidently arrived incredibly late (around 2:00am) and had no issue accessing the property. Joanna was very responsive, most times within minutes to answer questions or give recommendations.

The town did seem a little quite and closed down kind of early, but we do recommend the nearby wine bar called Twysted Vine, they always have something going on Thursday-Sunday.

Fantastic place, clean and cozy. My daughter loved the dock and that there was a fishing pole for her to fish with.

Can’t say enough good things about the place. Everything was perfect. Will be back soon.
