Nice little place. It Was exactly what I needed for a short stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Nicholas place. Was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again!

The location and property largely matched the description, and the space was reasonably clean. Unfortunately, during our stay we experienced a rodent problem inside the home. We encountered mice in the kitchen and bedroom, which made the stay uncomfortable and stressful.
When we let the host know they responded and said they would take immediate action and then… didn’t do anything. After prodding them into doing something they eventually gave us traps. After realizing we’d have to wake up and deal with half dead mice in the morning, we decided we wanted to leave and contacted Airbnb customer service to get a refund.
This place could be suitable if the rodent issue has been fully addressed, but I would recommend confirming that before booking.

The place was beautiful! Would definitely consider staying here again.
