The room is compact but comfortable, with good seats, a handy desk and washing machine inside. The building is near a big road but the room is relatively quiet, facing a side street. Only a 15 minute-walk to the beach area, or a little less the other way to the bridges and the other side of Da Nang and very close to good food options. A definite recommend to others

The apartment was spotless, exactly as described in the listing, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
