James and Uni’s apartment was perfect for my daughter and myself . Great location near family . I highly recommend their home 👍🙏

We had a lovely stay at James and Uni's place. The location could not have been better for us - we wanted to be walkable to downtown, and it was only a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was well-equipped, and they provided nice amenities like a welcome basket and various toiletries, which were appreciated. The apartment itself is in an old building, with old floors and doors (as is common in the area), but the apartment was clean! Uni and James were extremely responsive throughout the booking process, and were very flexible with an early check-in request, as the apartment had already been cleaned and there was no one checking out directly before us. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Uni and James!

Had a fantastic stay. The place is huge and can easily fit 4. Host was easy to communicate with and had the place stocked with plenty of extras. Would stay again without hesitation.

You can't beat this location. Central and within a few blocks of the Stockade. It is in a residential neighborhood so it's pretty quiet. It was also very easy to find and easy to get into. Well lit and internet was fast! The host (Uni) was VERY responsive and provided great suggestions on things to do in the area. That personal touch was very much appreciated. When I make it back to Kingston, I'll definitely stay here again.
