Great location for exploring Northern Quarter and city centre, and a few mins from main bus and tram terminus plus Piccadilly train station. Building itself felt very secure. Flat well equipped for longer stay, e.g. washer / dryer and airing rack. Very responsive host.

Apartment is older, so not in perfect condition but the photos are a true representation and the price also matches, so no issues at all for me. It also has everything that you need.

Location is great, short walk to public transport, shops and restaurants.

Host's were fantastic, super fast responses and always very helpful.

I would 100% stay here again 😁

I stayed almost a month in the flat, excellent location (5 minutes from the train station), in the town center, quiet, and well equipped. Very convenient if you want to explore the city and the northern quarter.

The flat is okay but very basic.
In a very central location, very close to Piccadilly station and an Aldi.

The flat smelt of cigarettes, I was only told that the previous guest had been smoking after I complained. I had to air the flat out.

Fingernail on bedding and bathroom sink filled with mould so couldn’t use the basin.

Very basic amenities. The tv is very old, bathroom plug doesn’t work.

Dishwasher had not been emptied. When I pointed this out, I was told that the cleaners didn’t get round to emptying it.

The bed is not very comfortable. The springs in the mattress are uncomfortable, the pillows are very uncomfortable and have no structure.

Blinds in bedroom don’t block any light. Bring a sleep mask.

Stayed for 2 weeks & only left 2 towels & one tea towel. No spare bedding or sheets.

Was not left sponges/laundry detergents.

When I pointed these out, I was only offered toilet cleaner and scented diffuser to cover the cigarette smell. Not very apologetic/sympatheic
