3 heteThe Ely Solomon Homestead was perfect for a gathering of 4 friends visiting the Berkshires. The photos are accurate but the house is much more chastening in person. It is exactly as described- a historic house but with convenient amenities. The house was nicely stocked with essentials as well (olive oil, paper towels, etc.). Twas a great weekend!

2025. szeptemberWe were in town for a family wedding and Sarah's house was perfect. It was easy to find and enter and everything was as described. The kitchen was spotless, pantry stocked with a few staples and the bathroom had some unexpected "just in case" extras. Beds were comfortable and the street quiet. We slept well. Sarah was super responsive to all our requests. We would definitely return to this cool old house!

2025. szeptemberWe loved our stay! Our hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the home is charming and comfortable. There was more than enough space for our family, and we found ourselves wishing we were in town for a longer visit so that we could spend more time in the house! It's a beautiful old home, and we appreciated the care the hosts took to furnish it both comfortably and in keeping with its age and features. We're picky about kitchens and usually bring along a shoebox sized bin of things (like whisks!) that we use every day and can't usually find in a rental, but this kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We were so pleased, since we prefer to mostly cook our own meals when we travel, rather than eating out the entire time. The personal touches made us feel particularly welcome, and the bottle of wine they left for us was such a nice surprise. We're often in the area, and would gladly to stay here again.

2025. szeptemberThe Solomon Ely House is charming. It’s a older home with history located in an older, quiet neighborhood . It’s close to many restaurants and to Tanglewood. There are several inviting spaces in and out of the house for gathering to share conversation over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We appreciated the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. Sunlight lighting up the front of the house was wonderful to wake up to. I would definitely book here again. Many thanks to Sarah and her team!
