This was a frustrating stay, check-in was at 4 PM although you’re paying $400 a day and must check out at 10 AM. The AC doesn’t really work most days it was 82° in the apartment. Maria is super slow to respond, had to wait 1-2 days. I also was informed by the Concierge AirbNb‘s are not allowed in the building and the host is doing this illegally, but I couldn’t get AirbNb to help me at all. Continued my stay, although I had severe anxiety the entire time. No proper cookware, only pans to boil things. When I entered the apartment, the man in the apartment next to me asked if I was entering the apartment and then slam the door closed, which was my first interaction upon entering and was very weird to me. Overall, won’t stay here again and wish I could get my money back. Don’t stay here unless you want to sneak around Concierge.
