I was looking for a place that was quiet, furnishings and surroundings that I was accustomed to, close to town, easy to get to beaches, had a pool, grill basically all the comforts of home and I found it with Bocahouse. I highly recommend staying here.

I can say the place was VERY clean. That is super important to us. But everything was very old, needed updating. A fresh coat of paint. It smelled musty. Also, thank goodness there was only 4 of us, but the bathrooms would not have worked if we had more which it was designed for. The two bathrooms are shared between the two bedrooms. The doors did not lock from the inside. I can see for a fact someone would have been walked in on several times. This information needs to be on the website. The directions told us to go behind the unit and park. We did and went to the wrong 241. The lockbox on the back door did not work with the code. It only worked on the front door. Since we work our on the island we knew we could park out front so we did. The other couple parked in the median, which had no "no parking " signs and got a warning ticket. Would we rent from PB Grande, yes, just not this property. The gift bag was a nice touch and the communications were great.

We had a lovely stay at the beachfront property! Its location on Boca Grande beach cannot be beat, and it is very close to town. The property itself was in great condition, well appointed and just as shown in the images and description. The rooms and bathroom set up were a little tight, but being a beach house, we thought that was more charming than anything else, and the bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5. We would definitely stay again!
