I was a bit worried when we walked into the condo building but the inside of the unit has been renovated and is very nice and very clean. It was quiet with the woods on one side. We saw a momma bear and her cubs the evening we checked in.

Coming up to the building and getting in the car elevator you may be a little worried, however once you get into the condo it’s a great space. It’s clean and two rooms with their own bathrooms was great for our trip. Easy to walk down to the strip and walk through all of Gatlinburg, see all the amenities without the hassle of parking and all the traffic! Was a great time and comfy space!

Ashley’s place was super close to the Gatlinburg strip! We got to see a mama bear and her cubs a couple times throughout our stay. The Airbnb was quiet, fairly clean, and provided basic necessities.

Absolutely perfect was nice, peaceful, and near everything.
