Great outdoor space with the pool and grill. The kitchen and TV area are cozy. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. Johnny and Karen were very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable stay; super cozy room with sunlit backyard. Beautiful area.

The room is small, but adequate for short stays. The space is accessible through keyless entry, which allows for flexibility on the arrival and departure (no keys to exchange, etc.). My guess is that the hosts renovated a portion of their house into this space; it’s attached to the house, but accessed through two glass doors. The house itself is in a gated community south of Palm Springs. The apartment consists of a bedroom and bathroom, with a small desk and mini fridge. When I arrived there were no towels, but Karen messaged me, and her husband delivered them shortly thereafter. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty, but on the whole, it was fine for a short stay.

Place is great little retreat. Quiet neighborhood and great host.
