The place was a dump, but Robert was very responsive. Can't recommend staying here, especially not for a work or family trip.
We were amused that there were neighborhood swinger tells (upsidedown pineapple, LED mirrors, "voyeur" chair, face make-up smears, one-way mirrored windows, etc.), but that's where it ended. Mold in the bathrooms, extreme dirt and grit everywhere, hair and wig tufts everywhere, "water" stains and cigarette burns in the couch, fixtures broken, broken or removed bathroom hooks, holes in the floor and walls, makeup smears everywhere. We had to vacuum and clean the house top-to-bottom ourselves.
The straw that broke the camel's back was that the weatherproofing on the upstairs bedroom door did not seal. Huge rainstorms meant a lot of water poured and we had to plug with towels. The window unit ACs were stuffed with towels on the outside (for insulation...?) and they were gappy, which meant we could hear the entire main street throughout the entire night.
