Everything was very nice

I would definitely recommend checking out this unique house with amazing views from all the common areas and balconies!

The place is perfect for families with kids because the beach is right in front of the house, the sea is shallow, and the beach feels very peaceful and private. As the area behind the house is known to be swampy, the mosquitoes can be annoying at night. However, Ilian provided us with a good amount of mosquito protection, and the house is equipped with effective mosquito nets in all the sleeping rooms, which helped a lot!

The house is generally equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. The only thing our group missed was a dishwasher, but with good planning, all the dishes were washed with a smile.

The position if the house makes you forget about all the other rather small inconveniences. It gives you privacy, stress free if you’re travelling w kids. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 8 pers. Illian, thanks for it. Your son is very helpful, but you really have to look into fixing the water tank, replacing the rusty gas grill and make available few more in the kitchen. Other than that, we’ve enjoyed it. Добре, че в деня на тръгването заваля и беше малко по- лесна раздялата с маслиновата гора и тракийското море. Няма такова спокойствие- чилваме си на терасата и все едно сме в бара на плажа, излизам от къщата и съм в морето. Събуждам се с гледка изгрева и вълните под мен гъделичкат слуха ми. Рибена супа, миди и всякакви морски благини на пристанището на 5 мин с кола, за да не ни се разваля спокойствието от глъч. Разходка до Ксанти( атмосфера вечер в стария град ме изненада приятно) и Кавала за разнообразие. Има и доста други възможности за по- активните. И разбира всичко това беше толкова готино, защото Илиан и синът му бяха супер гостоприемни и спокойни домакини.
