Fantastic place to stay overlooking the sound. You can view Mt Baker in the distance. Janet was very warm and welcoming but not overwhelming. Just enough contact but I felt like I had a nice retreat or time-out. Very clean. Just the perfect amount of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The boat images on the walls are lovely. Nothing overdone. I will definitely come again when in the Northwest. Also great walks along the water and into town.

We enjoyed the quiet and the view very much. We also enjoy the ability to go on interesting walks without having to drive somewhere. We had a different walk every day with the sound always in view. This is a lovely place.

Everything was very comfy. Great bed. Welcoming access to laundry facilities and supplies. Kitchen was inviting and well stocked. Gorgeous view of the sound and Mt Baker.

My stay at Janet’s place was absolutely perfect. When I am back in the area, I will definitely plan to stay there again!
