This home was extremely private and newly renovated. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Close to beautiful beaches and of course, the Beachcomber. We walked to Mac’s Shack one night with our crew and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Very convenient location, will be asking Dawn to stay next year as well!!

Dawn was super easy to communicate with and answered all my questions extremely fast! The location was wonderful, walking distance to everything.

We had a great stay, the house has plenty of space and rooms for what we needed. The lack of linens for the beds and bathrooms was a pain. It also needed to be cleaned a bit better, floors didn’t seem to be vacuumed/ sweeped prior to us arriving very well. Location was good to get to several different beaches. Restaurants closed early(8 pm) that were local which would’ve been helpful info. Otherwise it was a great stay. It is off a dirt road back in the woods

This Airbnb is great for large group trips. We loved the location and the amount of space that the house offered. It’s easy to miss the driveway entrance.

Pros:
-Plenty of space
-Walkable location to downtown wellfleet
-Plenty of parking
-Private
-Newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen

Cons:
-Had difficulty ordering ride shares since the drivers were not willing to come down the driveway.
-Arrived to the garbage cans outside overfilled from the previous renters. Animals had clearly gotten in and there was food and other garbage on the ground.
-The TV in the basement would not turn on. Dawn gave us permission to move the TV from the dining area downstairs, but we opted to not do this.
-The floors were extremely dirty and our feet/socks were black after walking around.
-The air conditioning units in most of the home had build up of dust and the kitchen ac unit’s filter was visibly black.
-The washing machine is full of mold.
-The seats and couches are very stained.
