We had high hopes for our family reunion. We all wanted to stay together. But after we saw how rundown and unsafe it was we left and gladly checked into a hotel. From the overgrown and snakey path to the entrance and black mold and bugs , cobwebs and dirt as well as mouse droppings on the furniture… it’s unbelievable to me that anyone would even try to charge $1400 for 3 nights in this relic. It’s really sad because it has the potential to be beautiful and something really special.
Don’t do it. That’s my advice.

Good place to stay. Had a fruit fly problem and wasn’t very well cleaned but it’s great for big parties with lots of room and pontoon boat for the pond. Can’t flush toilet paper and one of the bathrooms. That should be fixed since no one wants to put dirty toilet paper in the trashcan.

Lots of room for our family. Enjoyed the water and caught some fish! Nice privacy. Had some issues with a water leak and broken dishwasher. Had to text to figure out how to start oven.

Great place for a peaceful get away. Really easy to check in & out. He responded to all my messages pretty quick.
