We had two nights at the Snug. It was so comfortable and peaceful, perfect stop off on our UK tour as we ventured in to Norwich. Hosts were so friendly and helpful, communication was very easy. The accommodation was just as I expected, nice character about the property but take care if you are tall, entry to the bedroom can catch you out as the ceiling is a bit low (caught me twice on the final morning!). Bathroom was perfect. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Very welcoming hosts, provided detailed check-in instructions, a friendly welcome and local recommendations. Parking was convenient, right at the door. Accomodation was charming and spotless. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Very pleasant week at the Snug. It had everything I needed and was super clean and spacious. The hosts very lovely and responsive to messages. Private parking too which was a bonus.
