This is the second time we have stayed at Bertrand and Stephanie’s place. Very quiet neighbourhood with a lovely backyard which we have access to when staying here. A great location so close to local transit and a shopping plaza with groceries, LCBO, dollarama, coffee shops, fast food and pub and banks. Very comfortable accommodations exactly as shown in photos. Would highly recommend Bertrand’s place.

We initially selected Bertrand’s place because it was very conveniently located a 5 minute walk from our home that we were moving out of and preparing for renters to take over. For us, this is such a great location because we know the area. It is a 10 minute walk from the local bus/transit hub which is situated beside a plaza that has 3 banks, several fast food outlets including a McDonald’s and Tim Horton’s, two Dollar Stores, a Metro grocery store, LCBO, pharmacy, Eggsmart and a Pub for sit-in restaurants, and much more. A really great location nestled within a very quiet neighborhood with mature trees and a walking trail through Loafers Lake that leads to the library and recreation centre.

Bertrand’s studio also offered all you need for short and longer term stays. It was nicely renovated/decorated with very clean and comfortable amenities. We enjoyed the coffee bar and full-sized fridge. The bed was very comfortable.

Our next stay is already booked. Will be frequent visitors.

it was very clean and cozy! there was excellent communication during the entire stay. would definitely come again
