If you are looking for a good location, safe neighborhood, a home that has everything you need, this is the place. Our second stay here, we will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay and will likely return. Teresa was responsive and helpful and her accommodations were exactly as described.

Location is unbeatable. Walkable to Washington park and to south pearl street. The enclosed backyard was amazing for our dogs and such a nice place to unwind for the evening and enjoy the weather. Teresa was a wonderful host. She very kindly went above and beyond to mail us a few items that we left behind. We had a wonderful stay.

We loved the location near Denver University as it is a very safe and walkable neighborhood with our dog. The neighbors are friendly and many also have dogs so the 4th of July had only two outbursts of fireworks all night!

Another bonus was being four blocks from the light rail station.

We had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for the month we were here. Plenty of spices provided for cooking…a real plus!
