Cam kept communication open several days before our arrival & answered questions within an hour or less.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Everything was as described.

The place is beautiful and right on the beach. The condo pool was also very nice and comfortable. The place was accurately described, spacious and clean.
The issue we had was that the first 2 full days we were there, there was fire alarm testing for almost 8 hours on both days. Being that we had a 6 year-old child, the stay became uncomfortable and a place we had to run from. We recognize that fire alarm testing is out of host’s control but no alternatives were offered for us to have a day pass to a different hotel or some sort of offering to compensate for us having to avoid the place we rented. We ended up leaving a day earlier.
After all the Airbnb fees were paid, the place came out $413 per night. At this rate, something should have been offered to ensure our comfort. One of the guests who was supposed to stay with us decided against joining us because of the fire alarm situation.

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean.
Well stocked kitchen and baths.
2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit.
Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!
