This is a furnished suite above a garage. The bed is large enough for two people. There is a sofa. They list air mattresses but I did not need them. The kitchen has everything you would need but a stove. I was okay with this. Why would I want to cook when I am on vacation anyway? There is a large microwave and a toaster oven that looks new, a clean refrigerator, a Keurig. The bedroom is nice, the bedding clean as was the entire unit. The bathroom was clean and in good condition, it was having trouble with the pocket door not working but it was only a minor inconvenience for me. The unit was what I consider to be clean and well maintained. There was a parking spot in the driveway set aside for the unit. It is a South Lake Tahoe neighborhood amongst the very large trees typical for the area. When I arrived I forgot it was above the garage and had a little trouble finding the door. The instructions for door lock were clear and correct. I met Fran, very friendly. I would stay here again!
