they gave us an upgrade because the allocated room wasn't cooling enough.. the upgraded place had broken socket, kettle not working and took 2 hours for French fries to be delivered to the room.. if you good to them they're good to us or else the service is other way.. they literally were charging for plates because we order from outside as we faced the issue later that night because of fries
