2 heteThe annex was lovely and peaceful. Great couple of nights in Kathy's annex. Kathy is a great host who also checks to see if guests have settled in ok. Will definitely book the annex in Newquay in the future if I have a trip to Cornwall planned.

2 heteWe had a lovely stay at Kathy’s place! Very cosy comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and left us biscuits and a little welcome card which was a nice touch! Thank you! Would recommend :)

3 heteKathy’s place was amazing, not only was it clean, spotless and beautifully designed, but it was also very private and easy to get to. The beach and all that Newquay has to offer right at your doorstep and Kathy was very communicative and easy to read when needed! The small touches in the fridge and elsewhere were also very much appreciated. Would 100% recommend!
