Good location, clean apartment, excellent host.

We stayed at Sassan’s place for about 11 weeks. It was overall excellent! Very clean and met all our needs. The mattress was excellent. The building is quiet but is on somewhat of a busy road…but the busy road had the great upside of being very close to bus stops that could get you just about anywhere in Brisbane. Kitchen was beautiful (excellent stove and fridge) and we cooked most nights. Great grocery store right across the street. This apartment also has a beautiful outdoor space that stretches from the bedroom to living room.
A very nice neighborhood park is less than a block away with a city cat stop there (Guyatt Park).
We would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and super convenient. The parks in the area were brilliant for my daughters, and transport was excellent with the city cat and the bus.

Sassan is a wonderful host. The apartment is in a perfect location: close to UQ, shops and
a short trip by CityCat boats to the Sunnybank and the city. We very much enjoyed our stay and would like to return soon.
