Overall the place was beautiful. I love what she did with it. The apartment building wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be but still it was nice. We ran into a few things that weren’t working and for the price I expected everything to work especially the tv and the toilet. Mary was very responsive, but there wasn’t much she could do to fix the issues. She did end up giving us late check out. However, I paid $593 for two nights and for that price I expected everything things like the toilet and the tv to work.

When I first arrived, I did have trouble checking in, as the first person at the concierge said that my name wasn’t listed and just walked away without trying talk help. After visibly frustrated, another guy was eager to help and made sure I made it up to the unit. The unit itself was very nice and looked just like the pictures. I slept comfortably in the beds and the unit had every appliance that you could need. I will note the high-rise itself has a lot of traffic. There are only 3 elevators with 20+ floors. I had to leave at least 10 minutes earlier, if I went somewhere, just so I could wait on the elevators to open. It was close to everything, and the NRG stadium, as a concert was the purpose for my trip.

The shower door needs fixing but other than that, the room is perfect!

Mary’s apartment was fabulous - clean and well-appointed. We loved having access to the pool, and the neighborhood was exactly where we wanted to be — a short walk to the renowned Breakfast Klub and one of our favorite beer gardens (Axelrad).

As a host, Mary was responsive and flexible. We had a very late arrival but had no problems checking in through the concierge, and Mary was able to accommodate two last-minute requests: a late check-out and then allowing us to book an extra day with her when we missed our flight!

Although this listing is pricey, it is quite luxurious and Mary is a fabulous host. If you are able to spring for the cost, you won’t be disappointed at all.
