Very clean space , well worth the price. Fred very responsive. Had zero issues other than upstairs tenants pretty noisy at times and blower section of air handler needing a little attention. Temperature stayed nice but blower making some noise that is not normal.

Fred’s condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway to Branson. It’s a great location to stay if you have activities planned around the Branson area. The bed was so comfortable and the condo was very clean and had everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend Fred’s condo to anyone. There was a mexican restaurant named Maria Bonita’s at the front on the neighborhood entrance, that had excellent food and margaritas.

Great stay. Ordered it last minute and Fred had it ready in 1 hour. Great service. 10/10. Will recommend.
