This place was great! Clean, spacious, awesome outdoor area. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while in town!

Tina & Jon were absolutely wonderful hosts! Their place was beautiful, spacious, and spotless — you can tell they put so much thought into every detail, from the décor to the themed touches that make the space feel special and inviting. The location is super convenient too — just a short walk to the train that got us to Manhattan in only 18 mins, which made getting around so easy. We had a fantastic stay and would 100% come back again the next time we’re in NYC. Highly recommend!

This unique spacious 2-floor apartment was PEFECT for my family of 6 people, 3 generations. Tina is a super host—generous, thoughtful and much appreciated welcome basket; always responded right away to my questions with useful information about the unit and the neighborhood. This quiet area of Bushwick has easy street parking (alternate side street cleaning 2 days a week mid-day), good bodegas nearby (we like J&I), L subway stop 5 min. away connecting to major N-S Manhattan lines and the G to other areas of Brooklyn. Lower floor sleeping area has 3 twins side by side, and a ¾ bath. Games area, w/ main entrance to unit, has a mini-arcade game and junior pool table with pingpong cover. Use of the amazing private yard w/ seating area, bbq, fun lighting awaits another visit since it was raining. 2 queen BRs upstairs, one w/ensuite bath (other bath in hallway has a bathtub). Kitchen well equipped with appliances, spices. Spacious living room w/ small table. My family loved it!
